Dublin’s culinary festival, Taste of Dublin, was the place to be this weekend when over 30,000 visitors were in attendance …
Among them, and soaking up the culinary atmosphere, were Jennifer Zamparelli, Naomi Clarke, Rosalind Lipsett, Holly Carpenter, Eric Roberts and Louise McSharry.
The programme included Irish and international chefs who led masterclasses, such as Mark Moriarty, JP McMahon, Trisha Lewis and Aishling Moore.
New to the festival this year was the M&S Food Chef’s kitchen, a Tanqueray Gin Bar experience and masterclasses by O’Brien’s Wine. Adding to the ambiance was a Disney+ interactive visitor experience which recreated iconic dishes made popular by FX’s Emmy award-winning comedy-drama series, The Bear. Of course there was music too, on several stages which played host to popular Irish acts ABBAesque, Spring Break, The Swing Cats, The Victory Dolls and Jake Carter.
